10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before a legal recourse on disputes between a user and rebrandy.co, a disputant has to notify another party of any claims (by sending a written proposal on voluntary settlement).
The receiver of the proposal, within 30 days, has to notify the claimer in a written form about the results of the claim consideration.
If the parties fail to agree, the dispute will be judged at court in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation.
The Russian Federation law is applied to the Privacy Policy and the relationship between a user and rebrandy.co.
